Hose Inspection Crew Member
Our client specializes in the testing of Fire Department’s Hoses, Pumps, Ground Ladders & Nozzles to ensure proper operation and code compliance in Texas, Louisiana, New Mexico, Oklahoma, Arkansas.
They are currently looking to fill the position of:
Hose Inspection Assistant Crew Member
Full Time position - No Benefits offered at this time. $15.00/Hr plus Per Diem during travel ($20/day in town & $30/day out of town)
Over Night Travel - 60% of the time (Texas, Louisiana, Oklahoma, New Mexico, Arkansas) - Additional hourly pay during commute times.
Must pass Drug Test and Background check
Must have a valid Driver’s License (no previous suspensions)
This position is very Manual Labor intensive and you will be working outdoors.
You must be able to lift at least 50 lbs and be able to climb ladders.

TEMPORARY/CONTRACT Position
In addition to providing clerical support to the HR department and employees regarding human resources related activities, benefits, policies, processes, and procedures, the Human Resources Assistant will be in charge of a number of different personnel related administrative tasks including Benefits information.

-Organization of office and office files
-Manage employee database records
-Take part in new employee on-boarding orientation planning
-One to Two years experience in a HR function
-Foundational knowledge in compliance
-Highly detail oriented and able to use good judgment and maintain a high level of confidentiality and sensitivity
-Works with various employee benefit programs, such as group insurance, life, medical, dental, accidental and disability, insurance, pensions, investments, and savings; and health maintenance organizations.
-Prepare and maintain employee electronic files, assuring accuracy, compliance and confidentially.
-Assist employees in filing health, dental, life, and all other related and deferred benefits claims.
-Accomplished in office applications and software, as well as Human Resource Information Systems (HRIS)
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills
-HR and Benefits related experience A MUST
-Approachable and appropriate interacting with staff at all levels in a rapidly changing environment
