ASSEMBLER - $12/hour (Contract/Temp to Full Time after 60 day probation period)

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES: Connect parts together to assemble products per instructions
Learn other job functions such as deburr and finishing; serve as backup when necessary
Assist with boxing, crating products when needed
Participate in daily and scheduled cleaning duties
Maintain productivity per Company standards
Attend daily department meetings , follow and support all company safety initiatives Other duties as assigned by supervisor

QUALIFICATIONS: 1-2 years related experience and/or education
Must have experience using hand tools and power tools Attention to detail
Ability and willingness to follow instructions
Must pass background check as well as pre-employment physical and drug screen

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS: Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs
Physical ability to stand for long periods Walking, bending, lifting, pushing, pulling, climbing on ladders Working environment is well ventilated but not air conditioned
